When are the comics due?

Comics Plus titles do not have due dates! As long as your account is in good standing (no overdue print books, no fines and your account isn't expired) you can have a title checked out for as long as we offer the service and the title remains in the collection.

Are there really no wait lists or limits?

This service is truly simultaneous and unlimited!

Why wont the title I'm reading download?

Make sure that you are using one of the apps. Downloading is only available in the Comics Plus app available in the Apple Store and Google Play Store.

If you are using the app and the download stops, try preventing your device from going to sleep while you are downloading titles. Be sure to change your setting back once you are finished.

If you are trying to download while connected to cellular data and cannot download titles, try connecting to Wifi.

Why is the Full Collection restricted to adult library accounts only?

Some titles in the Full Collection are rated R or MA and are only available to our library card holders ages 18+.

Can you add the next volume for a series? Can you add a series to the collection?

Unfortunately, we cannot. Comics Plus is a service that the library is subscribing to and we cannot add additional titles.

How it works: Comics Plus has licensing agreements with different publishers that determine what they offer. Some publishers only allow a limited number of volumes of their series to be available through a subscription service. Other publishers do not offer their titles through subscription services.

Some ongoing series may have future volumes added to the service, but we will not know until they are added.
